When companies are operating on tight budgets, innovation is often one of the areas from where funding is withdrawn. In the long run this strategy may obstruct companies to reach their vision. But is a tight budget and innovation an impossible combination? We don’t think so, and we are out to prove it! When keeping the innovation process lean and mean, you can ensure that you spend your time and money on the right innovations. Innovations that will bring you revenue, better customer experience and take you towards your desired future vision.

During the morning we will dig into how you can keep up innovation in a cost efficient way. We will hear a keynote on how to drive innovation processes and how to validate what ideas are worth taking forward. We will also host a panel discussion to shed light on how different companies see innovation and how they innovate in practice. At the end we will take you through a mini-workshop where you get to think about how you could apply the learnings from the morning within your organisation.
