A company’s success is based on a comprehensive brand experience – the seamless connection between the digital and the physical experience.

When a customer comes in contact with a company, regardless of the channel, the experience has to be good, preferably one that exceeds expectations. Design has a great role in developing the customer experience and the brand. Successful companies learn to create a desirable brand that differentiates them from their competitors and how well the design turns out defines the success of a product or a service.

The aim of the Digitalist Design Forum event is to add to the understanding of design thinking, give concrete examples of the growth of the competitiveness through design and encourage companies to develop their brand experience constantly to an even better version. People who produce, buy and plan design will meet at the event – Digitalist Design Forum presents the front runners of design.
