Digitalist Group Plc launches Ticknovate™ – a booking ecosystem for the digital era

Digitalist Group Plc today, 4th October, publicly launched their platform innovation ‘TICKNOVATE™’ .

Digitalist Group plc publicly launched Ticknovate™ alongside City Cruises Plc, in Digitalist’s capacity as the Customer Experience Innovation Partner, onboard the R.S Hispaniola, Victoria Embankment, a restaurant ship owned by City Cruises.

Ticknovate™ is a market changing and versatile ticketing ecosystem that drives growth and performance. A fully flexible and scalable ticketing and content ecosystem that facilitates the creation and distribution of tickets for places of interest, events and transportation. It is designed to minimise laborious manual processes and remove ad hoc work arounds and barriers to selling across multiple channels, creating an optimum operating model.

Digitalist Group Plc will continue for the next five years to be the customer experience innovation partner of City Cruises, providing them services within design and technology including Ticknovate™. The agreement will remain in force until year 2024.

City Cruises is the largest UK provider of Sightseeing Cruises and carries four million passengers on the
Thames every year, with additional locations in York and Poole. The partnership is in line with Digitalist Group Plc’s strategy to expand the Digitalist solution and service operations in travel and transportation.
